ATV Sprayer with 25 Gallon Tank and High Performance Pump

The FIMCO 25 Gallon 2 Nozzle Boomless Broadcast ATV Sprayer includes a 25 Gallon Polymer Tank, High Flo High Performance 4.5GPM Pump, Deluxe Pistol Grip HandGun, 2 Nozzle Boomless, Manifold, Pressure Gauge & DU-MOST Sprayer Tank Cleaner. This sprayer is designed for large area liquid coverage in a compact platform. The UV resistant, molded polymer tank features a drain port and 5" lid for easy filling. The Quick Release Mounting System allows for easy removal, change, or storage of the spraying boom.

The High Flo High Performance Pump has a 4.5 GPM flow rate and is internally fan cooled for increased durability. Chemically resistant valves and diaphragms ensure a longer pump life. The Deluxe Handgun comes with 15 ft of 3/8" hose and can distribute up to 35 ft of horizontal spray and 26 ft of vertical spray. The 2 Nozzle boom provides 36 ft of total spray coverage.

The Manifold allows for easy access to pressure control and boom operation to fine tune your spray pattern. The DU-MOST Sprayer Tank Cleaner is an industrial-grade concentrate formula that cleans agricultural tanks, sprayers, and fertilizer equipment, removing residues and preventing corrosion. Always remember to flush and clean the pump after each use to avoid damage to the pump valves.

During assembly, use Teflon tape, thread seal tape, or pipe compound to seal threaded joints and test for leakage with plain water before applying chemicals. The Blow molded polyethylene tank is UV-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and durable, with a 5 inch tethered lid for easy access and complete drainability.

The Deluxe Pistol Grip Handgun delivers up to 40 ft of horizontal spray and 25 ft of vertical spray, with an ergonomic polymer handle, precision brass tip, and 15 ft of hose for reaching tight areas. The Boom is capable of delivering 28 ft of broadcast liquid coverage with its two long distance nozzles. Switch easily from a Spot to ATV sprayer with the Quick Release Mounting Bracket for simple installation and removal of the spray boom.
