Its unique pressure switch design slowly cycles the pump to reduce wear on the components.

The Santoprene diaphragm ensures reliability, longer life, and better priming, while the patented DXS-3 valves are constructed with chemical-resistant Viton for faster priming and improved performance. The fiberglass reinforced polypropylene pump manifold provides superior durability and resistance to chemicals. The pump is compatible with Roundup agricultural brand herbicides, and all components in the fluid path have been tested and approved for Roundup use.

The NorthStar NSQ Series 12V On-Demand Sprayer Diaphragm Pump includes a 3/8in. hose barb fitting, a 1/2in. hose barb fitting, and a 1/2in. male NPT fitting. It has a max pressure of 70 PSI and a max flow rate of 2.2 GPM. The pump operates on 12V and requires 8 amps. It features 3/4in. quick-connect ports for easy changes and a standard mounting pattern for convenience.
